Terms & Conditions of Use — 215 Platform
This document contains the full terms governing the use of the 215 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the 215 platform in any way, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the operator of the 215 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The 215 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in Malaysia.

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full range of 215 services, you are required to register a personal account with accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate. 215 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and may suspend an account until the verification process is complete.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as your own, unless you have promptly notified us that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You must notify 215 immediately via our support email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 215 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
As a user of the 215 platform, you agree to abide by all of the following rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in actions including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent closure of your account.
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage platform systems
- Opening an account using another person's identity
- Sharing your account with another individual
- Committing fraud in financial transactions
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 215 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. 215 makes no guarantee that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
Users are required to understand and comply with all applicable laws before using our services. Any breach of local laws is solely the responsibility of the user.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 215 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your 215 account are from legitimate sources and not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
Deposits
Deposits into your 215 account may only be made through payment methods supported by the platform, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specified in our refund policy.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your account are subject to identity verification requirements where applicable. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, may vary depending on the chosen method. 215 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until any required security review is completed.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions conducted through the 215 platform. The platform is not responsible for withholding or remitting taxes on behalf of any user.
- All transactions in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
- Deposits via GrabPay, TNG, or bank transfer
- Deposits are final — non-refundable without valid grounds
- Withdrawals processed within 24–48 working hours
- Identity verification may be required
- Tax obligations are the responsibility of the user
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The 215 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties. 215 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or game outcomes.
Under no circumstances shall 215's total maximum liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user into their account within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 215 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 215 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any content without prior written consent from 215.
Third-Party Links
The 215 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 215 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policies, Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
215 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these Terms, or suspicious activity. Any legitimate funds remaining in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Amendments to Terms
215 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
